Für seine nächste Handy-Generation, V300, V500 und V600, hat Hersteller Motorola den Imageon 2250 Co-Prozessor von ATi ausgewählt. Der Imageon Chip bietet viele Features, die auf aktuellen Handys zum Einsatz kommen, wie zum Beispiel JPEG- und MPEG4-Decoding. Die Integration des Chips lässt sich als Meilenstein für ATi im Handy-Markt bezeichnen.
